We seek HTML coding specialists who possess a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, front-end and back-end development, cloud infrastructures, and systems programming, all while demonstrating fluency in HTML. While HTML proficiency is a must, candidates should also have substantial experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript. You will engage with advanced language models on complex topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems. Your task will include documenting failure modes to bolster model reasoning.
On a day-to-day basis, you will interact with the model on software engineering tasks, validate logical accuracy and coding fluency, evaluate code quality and clarity, capture reproducible error traces, and propose enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred; practical HTML experience, technical writing, or open-source contributions will be viewed favorably. Exceptional metacognitive communication skills, effectively “showing your work”, are critical for this role.
