    Starting salary: €3,200 gross
    Potential growth to €4,200 gross within 24 months, contingent on performance.

    In addition, performance-related bonuses available.

    Monday to Friday starting at 8:30 AM in the office, unless personal training or events are scheduled.

Your Role

As a Human Performance Architect, you will be the pivotal link between strategy and execution.

You will ensure that clients:

  • have a clear understanding of their goals

  • and are supported in their journey towards achieving these goals.
