- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to design, configure, and implement enhancements to the HRIS.
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to confirm accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
- Generate analytical reports to facilitate workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead training sessions for HR personnel and employees on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
- Document system processes and procedures for HRIS users to ensure clarity and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and apply innovative solutions to enhance HRIS capabilities.
