Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the complete hiring process: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define staffing requirements and craft job descriptions.
- Develop and sustain recruitment pipelines.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including allowances, deductions, and bonuses.
- Monitor attendance, leave requests, and overtime to ensure timely salary payments.
- Keep employee records, contracts, and documentation updated.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Enhance employee engagement and address grievances in a professional manner.
- Coordinate performance evaluations and probation assessments.
- Facilitate smooth offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews.
HR Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies are current and compliant with local labor laws.
- Guarantee adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Draft employment letters, warning notices, and policy updates.
