Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new hires.
· Maintain and safeguard employee records with precision and confidentiality.
· Manage payroll and benefits administration efficiently.
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
· Address employee inquiries and provide appropriate support.
· Play a role in the performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations.
· Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
· Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics to enhance decision-making.
· Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions concerning HR and operational matters.
· Execute additional tasks and special projects as directed by HR management.
· Ensure comprehensive employee documentation and records from day one of their employment.
