CGS Federal is actively seeking a highly skilled HUMINT Operations Integrator - Subject Matter Expert to provide essential support to USSOCOM in planning and executing critical HUMINT and intelligence missions. This pivotal role involves delivering specialized, non-personal services throughout the entire HUMINT lifecycle, including collection planning, data collection, analysis, coordination, reporting, and adaptive planning aimed at addressing capability and training gaps. You will be responsible for integrating, synchronizing, and prioritizing HUMINT missions and activities in accordance with Department of Defense policy, while maintaining a keen focus on operational outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in developing sound Courses of Action (COAs) for emerging HUMINT issues, setting priorities, and ensuring compliance with legal and policy standards.

Key Skills and Attributes:
- Integrate HUMINT operations with collection, analysis, counterintelligence equities, and threat considerations to ensure effective Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and successful mission execution.
- Lead HUMINT planning and execution, including collection management, production oversight, and reporting synchronization.
- Bridge operational and tactical analysis by evaluating, protecting, and disseminating raw intelligence to meet SOC standards.
- Conduct risk assessments for HUMINT operations and recommend procedural changes to mitigate operational risks.
- Apply advanced HUMINT, ASO, and MSO tradecraft to collect, analyze, and synthesize complex information; develop actionable COAs.
- Coordinate across USSOCOM elements to ensure alignment of HUMINT missions, activities, and actions with commander priorities.
