Key Responsibilities:Liaison and Coordination:Collaborate with Defense HUMINT Executors (DHE) and Department of War (DoW) components to execute human intelligence collection and Military Source Operations. Coordinate schedules and prepare materials for Staff Assistance Visits (SAV) to DHEs. Policy Development and Oversight:Draft reports, briefings, and compliance assessments related to HUMINT operations. Provide recommendations and prepare staff packages to support updates to DoW-level policies, the DoW Senior Defense Officer/Defense Attaché (SDO/DATT) program, and interrogation activities. Briefing and Reporting:Prepare comprehensive briefings, talking points, and positions for meetings. Compile staff packages for DoW leadership to respond to Congress regarding HUMINT-related Questionable Intelligence Activities and/or Significant/Highly Sensitive Matters.
