Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in HVAC engineering, specifically within EPC projects. A deep understanding of HVAC design principles and project management methodologies. Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and best practices related to HVAC systems. Experience in HVAC load calculations, system design, and equipment selection. Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other HVAC design software. Exceptional project management and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members. Robust problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
