Key Responsibilities

Account/Project Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project scope.
  • Establish project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (designers, developers, etc.) to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular client updates and address any concerns proactively.
  • Oversee project budgets to ensure financial adherence.
  • Assist in creating proposals, contracts, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Copywriting:

  • Produce clear, engaging, and persuasive content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Work with clients and teams to gather insights and develop messaging that supports marketing strategies.
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
