This Hybrid Clinician position at tasq-work centers on pharmaceutical care and clinical review, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The role supports both patient care and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, blending remote work with on-site duties.
Work Arrangement
- Start date: Immediate
- Location: Primarily Quezon City, with some visits to client offices in Paranaque City
- Hybrid setup: One day per week at the Eton office; remaining days remote
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility; weekends off
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an allied health field (Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, or Medical Technologist)
- Valid medical license
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Background in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, and clinical research
- Experience as a bedside nurse or in a clinical setting is required
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Preferred: Experience in medical writing, handling medical device complaints, and safety analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical review and utilization management: Review patient records for medical necessity, manage prior authorization requests, and analyze insurance claims to support timely, accurate decisions and efficient care delivery.
- Case management and coordination: Assess patient eligibility, secure treatment funding, collaborate with healthcare teams and insurers, develop care plans, monitor progress, and implement interventions to improve outcomes and resource use.
- Telehealth and patient support: Provide non-urgent medical advice and counseling virtually, respond to patient questions, guide symptom management, follow up on prescriptions, and offer emotional support to encourage engagement and access to care.
