Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the customer relationship throughout the entire lifecycle, from kickoff and deployment to growth.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Veza’s product team to integrate the customer’s voice into our product roadmap.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Veza’s Lifecycle Management product, ensuring adherence to industry best practices by creating standardized workflows and playbooks for each deployment phase.
Work in partnership with product, sales, and support teams to align Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes with broader company objectives.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or consulting, with a focus on technical enterprise clients and familiarity with Lifecycle Management.
Demonstrated capability in managing customer Lifecycle Management deployments in a client-facing role.
Background in information security, particularly in support of CISOs as primary sponsors.
Experience with major cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Comprehensive understanding of Identity and Access Management and knowledge of cloud and on-premises architectures.
