Coordinate casting and fitting days, ensuring a smooth process.
Research locations and set designs for photoshoots and filming.
Assist the image production team with daily tasks, including equipment orders, deliveries, and liaising with service providers to check availability and negotiate rates.
Create logistical documents such as shooting schedules, post-production plans, call sheets, exit lists, and watermarks.
Provide versatile support to the post-production image department, including organizing archives.
Distribute documents and deliver assets (photos and videos) across various departments.
