Qualifications
Desired Skills:- 1-2 years of experience in inbound or outbound technical support in an international BPO environment.- Proficient in English communication.- Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues.- Capability to manage customer concerns and deliver accurate resolutions.- Willingness to work night shifts. Note: We are not considering freshers or candidates from domestic BPOs.
