Role overview

The Implementation Analyst position focuses on delivering successful Government App Builder (GAB) implementations. This low-code/no-code platform allows state and local governments to create and manage solutions for grants management, disaster preparedness, capital planning, and project management. Implementation Analysts work with Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, and customers to configure, script, and design solutions, always under the guidance of technical leads. The goal is to ensure scalable, high-quality implementations that address customer needs.

What you will do

  • Configure workflows, forms, and system logic within the GAB platform to implement customer solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional configurations, scripts, and system designs.
  • Set up, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Support the development and maintenance of integrations, such as APIs and data connections.
  • Participate in daily sessions with internal teams to review progress, collect feedback, and make quick iterations.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality assurance criteria and acceptance standards.
