This Implementation and Customer Success Specialist role supports a partner company of Jobgether in Chile. The focus is on B2B SaaS solutions designed for Mining and FIFO Operations. The platform helps streamline workforce accommodation and transportation for clients in mining, energy, and construction.
What you will do
- Lead software implementations for both new and existing clients in the mining and FIFO sectors.
- Guide onboarding and training, ensuring users and stakeholders in logistics, finance, IT, and operations are ready to use the platform effectively.
- Act as a consultant to help clients address operational challenges and make the most of the platform’s features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging adoption and long-term satisfaction.
- Work with cross-functional teams to configure systems and resolve workflow issues.
- Help develop and improve internal best practices for implementation and customer success.
