Role overview
The Implementation Engineer leads the rollout of Gather AI’s drone technology at customer sites in the supply chain sector. This is a Pittsburgh-based position with a strong focus on hands-on deployment and customer interaction.
Main responsibilities
- Plan and carry out onsite visits to automate inventory management for clients using drones.
- Handle deployment preparation, including mapping warehouses, calibrating drones, and running tests.
- Document procedures and train clients on how to use the system effectively.
- Provide ongoing customer support, manage support tickets, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with the Development team to deliver smooth and efficient drone deployments.
- Coordinate implementation tasks directly or through contractors to ensure client requirements are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction with Gather AI’s technology and support.
