Key ResponsibilitiesGain an in-depth understanding of our product and guide customers through the implementation lifecycle, from kickoff to user acceptance testing. Collect and analyze customer requirements, customizing the AuditBoard solution to fulfill their needs. Act as the project manager for various AuditBoard implementation projects, ranging from small to large scale. Track project progress and coordinate with both clients and internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on time. Ideal Candidate AttributesMinimum of 3 years managing software implementations in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software setting, from initiation to go-live. Highly preferred. Alternatively, at least 3 years of experience in internal or external audit, IT audit, IT compliance, or risk management, with direct experience in implementing or configuring audit or compliance systems. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project management tools will be advantageous.
