Key Responsibilities:Precisely update order and shipment details through close collaboration with various functional departments and the regional supply chain team, flagging any risks and opportunities as necessary. Ensure the efficiency of the company's import processes while adhering to all governmental regulations, including the secure management of all import-related documentation. Collaborate with the Regulatory Pharmacist to guarantee that all new product launches and innovations are FDA registered before ordering and receiving stock in the Philippines. Coordinate with Clearing Agents, Forwarders, internal stakeholders (Lux and JV Demand Planners), and principals to manage cargo shipping arrangements, customs clearance, and timely delivery to the warehouse.
