Job Summary
The In-Community Program Specialist is pivotal in the planning, direction, implementation, and management of Tims Camps Community Programs, which are conducted in schools and community spaces throughout the designated region. This role is dedicated to ensuring that each participant enjoys a positive and enriching program experience that leads to long-lasting impact. The In-Community Program Specialist will focus on delivering high-quality program facilitation aimed at maximizing this impact. Utilizing expertise in youth development, outdoor and experiential education, and program quality systems, this individual will provide guidance, coaching, and support to both direct reports and the youth we serve.

Work Location
Calgary: Daily travel is required within the assigned geographic area (Calgary). This position is remote, based in Calgary, with occasional travel to the Home Office located in St. George, Ontario.
Employment Type
This is a permanent position, with an anticipated start date of September 3, 2026. The biweekly salary during active employment from September to June will range from $2307.00 to $2692.00, less applicable deductions. Please note that this role is expected to undergo an annual temporary layoff typically occurring during July and August.
