As an Inbound Operations Specialist, you will be integral to a small, dynamic team responsible for managing all inbound inquiries through Sonar's primary contact channels. Your role will involve processing and routing emails from customers, partners, and prospects globally. You will work collaboratively at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, ensuring that every inquiry is accurately triaged, acted upon, or directed to the appropriate team without delay. Whether handling license key updates, commercial inquiries, or billing support, the Distribution team plays a vital role in maintaining operational momentum. This position is a fixed-term contract lasting six months.
