We are looking for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO environment. Key qualifications include:Proven ability to close calls effectively. Excellent English communication skills. Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and emails, including Mac and iOS devices. Strong problem-solving skills to provide accurate resolutions to customer issues. Willingness to work flexible night shifts.
