Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and trainable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bolster our expanding healthcare sales team. This role is perfect for individuals at the beginning of their sales careers, adept at managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and arranging appointments for senior sales executives. Familiarity with healthcare services, medical products, or health tech is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential healthcare clients.

  • Assess leads based on established criteria and direct opportunities accordingly.

  • Coordinate appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives.

  • Keep precise activity and lead records within the CRM system.

  • Follow up with incoming prospects to ensure prompt engagement.

  • Understand and convey the company’s healthcare-centered value proposition.

  • Work together with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

  • Background in sales, customer support, or appointment-setting roles.

  • Prior remote work experience, with proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without remote experience will not be considered.

  • Experience with US or UK-based companies or clients.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort level speaking with prospects via phone.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • A stable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
