We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Inbound Technical Sales Agents for our esteemed international BPO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and solutions to our US-based clients.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO environment.
· Proven ability to close calls effectively and efficiently.
· Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
· Proficient in troubleshooting various technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac devices, iPhones, and iPads.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries.
· Willingness to work flexible night shifts.

Note: Freshers and candidates from Domestic BPOs are not eligible to apply.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and current CTC, along with attractive incentives.
