At Adeeba e-Services, we are seeking motivated individuals to excel in our inbound technical sales process. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our customers in the USA, assisting them with various technical issues related to computers, printers, routers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and close inbound calls.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
- Work flexible night shifts to accommodate our US clientele.

Desired Skills:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound or outbound technical support within an international BPO environment.
- Proficient in handling technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
- Strong command of English communication.
