Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding technical issues related to printers, routers, emails, and more.
- Diagnose issues accurately and recommend appropriate plans and software to customers.
- Close calls effectively and process payments as required.
- Pitch service plans confidently to enhance customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an outbound technical support process.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
