• 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO environment.• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively close calls.• Excellent communication skills in English are required.• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email services, Mac, iPhone, and iPad is essential.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide accurate resolutions to customer issues.• Flexibility to work night shifts is required.
