Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Technical Support Executive to join our team at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. The primary responsibility will involve managing inbound calls effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound technical support calls in a professional manner.
Work Schedule:
- Night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Compensation:
- Salary up to INR 25,000 with a potential hike of 10% to 30% based on current CTC.
Experience Requirement:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in an international outbound process is required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Must be able to manage and close calls effectively, including processing payments through various gateways.
- Domestic and fresher candidates are not eligible to apply.
Salary Payment:
- Salary is disbursed on the first of every month.
Working Days:
- 6 working days with rotational off.
