Adeeba E Services is seeking skilled Inbound Technical Support Executives for our US Night Shift. This role primarily involves managing inbound calls from customers, providing them with exceptional technical assistance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Handle inbound voice calls efficiently.
2) Work during the night shift from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
3) Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Salary: Fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, plus performance-based incentives paid on the 1st of every month.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role (either outbound or inbound calls).
- Strong command of English communication skills.
- Ability to close calls effectively and process payments through various gateways.
- Age limit: 18 to 35 years.
- Not applicable for domestic BPO or freshers.
