Position Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound calls as part of our technical support team.
1) Process: Inbound Technical Support (Voice)
2) Shift Timing: Night (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
3) Salary: Competitive with a 10% to 30% hike on current CTC.
4) Experience: Minimum of 6 months in an international outbound process.
5) Criteria: Candidates must be fluent in English.
6) Shift: Night shift only.
7) Salary is disbursed on the 1st of every month.
8) Working Days: 6 days with rotational off.
