Adeeba E Services is seeking dedicated Inbound Technical Support Executives for the US Night Shift. This role primarily involves responding to inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
1) Handling inbound voice calls effectively.
2) Working during the night shift from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
3) Earning a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (fixed) plus performance-based incentives.
4) Having at least 6 months of experience in outbound or inbound processes is required.
5) Demonstrating excellent English communication skills is a must.
6) Receiving your salary on the 1st of every month.
