Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound voice calls from customers.
- Provide technical assistance and support for inquiries related to our services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

Working Hours:
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Compensation:
- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (fixed) + performance-based incentives.
