We are seeking dedicated and skilled Inbound Technical Support Executives to join our team during US shifts. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound or outbound technical support within an international BPO environment. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively close their own calls while providing exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, including but not limited to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad-related concerns. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as well as the capability to resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Flexibility to work night shifts is a must. Please note that freshers and candidates from domestic BPOs will not be considered for this role.
Salary is negotiable based on experience and current CTC, along with attractive incentives.
