Join Adeeba E Services as an Inbound Technical Support Executive for our US Shift (Night Shift). We are looking for motivated individuals to manage inbound calls and provide exceptional technical support to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1) Handling inbound voice calls from customers.
2) Working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
3) Receiving a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
4) Demonstrating at least 6 months of experience in a technical support role (either inbound or outbound).
5) Exhibiting excellent communication skills in English.
