The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in providing exceptional inbound and outbound technical support in an international BPO setting. Your role will involve troubleshooting a variety of technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, and Apple devices such as iPhones and iPads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound technical support calls and provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Effectively close calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Work flexible night shifts as required.
