To be successful in this role, you should possess: · A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO setting.· Proficiency in closing calls independently.· Excellent communication skills in English.· Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email services, and devices such as Mac, iPhone, and iPad.· Flexibility to work night shifts. Note: Freshers and domestic BPO candidates need not apply.
