Completed training as an insurance clerk (m/f/d), insurance specialist (m/f/d), or business economist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification. A completed degree in law or economics is desirable. Initial professional experience in industrial insurance with a focus on liability insurance. Experience in project management and an active contribution to shaping and optimizing the area is desirable. Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. Strong IT affinity, high willingness to learn, and interest in cyber insurance. Analytical and strategic thinking skills. Self-reliant and responsible working style along with passionate commitment. Reliability, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness. High team spirit and enjoyment of national and international collaboration.
