With a higher education background in engineering, industrial production, or industrial management, you have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment, preferably with an international dimension. The skills required for this position include:Ability to analyze and optimize production processes and industrial flowsAutonomous management of operational and production activitiesRisk management expertise (safety, business continuity, quality)Mastery of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance requirementsAbility to interact, unite, and influence multidisciplinary teamsProficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and management software

About the job

As an Industrial Operations and Production Consultant, you will lead and enhance all industrial activities to ensure operational performance, product quality, and fulfillment of customer commitments. You will actively contribute to defining and implementing the industrial strategy, aligning with the company’s economic, social, and environmental goals.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing production units: planning, scheduling, flow management, and capacity optimization
  • Leading and motivating production teams (team leaders, operators, technicians)
  • Ensuring achievement of productivity, cost, quality, delivery, and safety objectives
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, Kaizen)
  • Monitoring and analyzing industrial performance indicators (TRS/OEE, scrap rates, service levels)
  • Overseeing industrial maintenance in collaboration with dedicated teams to ensure equipment availability
  • Managing industrial investments and contributing to industrialization and modernization projects
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards (QHSE, current regulations)
  • Coordinating with support functions (supply chain, quality, methods, purchasing)
  • Contributing to industrial transformation and operational excellence projects
