As a pivotal member of our sales team, the Industrial Products Sales Executive will report to the Senior Sales Manager. This role is essential in propelling our sales performance while serving as a vital technical resource for our industrial product offerings. The successful candidate will provide support to customers, collaborate with internal teams, and liaise with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a robust client database for our Industrial Products portfolio.
- Engage with customers to comprehend their commercial and technical needs, proposing tailored solutions.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, with a strong emphasis on closing sales.
- Take ownership of specified industrial product lines in relation to the local market.
- Deliver technical support and expertise on industrial products to both customers and internal teams.
- Assist in product selection, troubleshooting, and application recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create technically sound and commercially viable proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and participate in technical training sessions for clients as needed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and supplier developments to uncover new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure up-to-date product knowledge.
- Contribute to sales action plans aimed at enhancing revenue growth and profitability.
