Industrial Technician

Our service technicians are the backbone of our operations, excelling in a safety-oriented environment. In this role, you will troubleshoot 480 3-phase motors, resolve crane-related issues, and work closely with clients and facility managers to fulfill service requirements across the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at client locations.
- Provide on-call service as part of a rotation, including after-hours support.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic issues on-site.
- Conduct post-repair audits to ensure safety features are operational.
- Document findings and suggest corrective actions, including safety notifications to clients.
- Consult with clients on repair and safety issues, offering recommendations for material handling enhancements.
- Generate electronic documentation using company tools, obtaining client signatures.
- Stay informed on industry standards and regulations (OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI).
- Accurately and promptly complete service reports and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain communication with the Field Operations Manager and Service Coordinator, adhering to established protocols.
- Ensure company-issued equipment, vehicles, and assets are maintained in good working condition.
- Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles, reporting deficiencies to the supervisor.
- Adhere to established safety guidelines, including client-specific protocols.
- Engage in monthly safety meetings.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
