This Influencer & Community Manager - Golf role is based in St. Louis, Missouri. The position focuses on building and expanding a network of golf creators and fostering active communities around Rapsodo’s golf products. The work centers on engaging creators, supporting community initiatives, and ensuring that golfers discover and embrace Rapsodo’s technology through authentic partnerships and feedback loops.
What you will do
- Grow and manage Rapsodo’s golf creator ecosystem by developing partnerships with influencers and creators.
- Lead community outreach to engage users, encourage product adoption, and gather feedback that informs product development.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align creator and community initiatives with broader company goals.
- Oversee and execute influencer campaigns and community programs that drive measurable engagement and growth.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or creator program management.
- Strong understanding of the golf ecosystem, including YouTube creators, simulator communities, and golf forums.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with creators.
- Experience running influencer campaigns or community programs with clear, measurable results.
- Effective collaborator with marketing, product, and content teams.
- Comfortable using data to connect creator and community activities to engagement and growth metrics.
- Preferred: Familiarity with golf technology and community dynamics.
Success metrics
- Growth and quality of the golf creator network, with active creators producing regular content.
- Creator engagement and output during key product launches and campaigns.
- Increasing community participation, retention, and content generation across multiple platforms.
- Incorporating creator and community feedback into product development.
