As the Information Security Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in aligning and overseeing our Group Security functions within the Discovery Group Information Services (GIS) and Information, Security and Governance (IGS) departments. Your responsibilities will include effective capacity planning, task tracking, regular reporting, and maintaining a robust cyber posture and risk management strategy.
You will build, implement, and manage the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) program to ensure that Vitality’s information security governance meets industry standards and best practices. This role will require you to review and enhance existing processes and technology stacks.
Constant monitoring and reporting to the Information Security Systems Controls (ISSC) Committee will be part of your daily activities. You will also be tasked with documenting processes and delivering comprehensive audit reports that align with our compliance frameworks and customer SLAs.
Additionally, you will develop and publish a strategic roadmap for future initiatives, ensuring alignment with the latest regulatory and industry requirements.
