People X launches multiple Information Security Traineeships each year, where you will be trained by experienced specialists to become an Information Security Officer (ISO), Privacy Officer, Cyber Security Specialist, or Cybersecurity Consultant. During the first three months, you will receive full-time training (theory, exams, and practical experience) from professionals in the Security Management field. After the training period, we assist you in finding a suitable employer in your local area. We ensure that you have several interviews with exciting employers during your traineeship, and we will prepare you thoroughly. Ultimately, you will choose where you would like to start. Consider opportunities in SMEs, municipal organizations, healthcare, educational institutions, or top 500 companies such as Rabobank, TNO, VDL, Alliander, ONVZ, ASR, NOC*NSF, Van Lanschot, Achmea, or Gazelle. After working for more than a year with People X, you will transition to employment with the client, resulting in a salary increase.
The rapid pace of technological developments presents significant challenges as cybersecurity risks grow and reliance on information and infrastructure increases. As an Information Security Officer (ISO), you will play a crucial role in continuously improving the security of information, hardware, and identities within organizations. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing information security and developing and implementing Security Architecture. Aligning the Security Architecture with Enterprise Architecture delivers direct value and enhances resilience against cybersecurity threats across all departments and the organization as a whole. You will work closely with a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) under their guidance.
