People X launches multiple cohorts of the Information Security Traineeship each year, where you will be trained by experienced specialists to become an Information Security Officer (ISO), Privacy Officer, Cyber Security Specialist, or Consultant in Cybersecurity. During the initial three months, you will receive full-time training (theory, exams, and practical applications) from professionals in the Security Management field. After this training period, we will guide you toward suitable clients in your local area. We will ensure you are well-prepared for interviews with exciting clients throughout your traineeship, allowing you to select your desired starting point. Consider opportunities with SMEs, municipal, healthcare, and educational organizations, or top 500 companies such as Rabobank, TNO, VDL, Alliander, ONVZ, ASR, NOC*NSF, Van Lanschot, Achmea, or Gazelle. After more than a year working with People X, you will transition into a full-time role with the client and see an increase in your salary.

The rapid pace of technological advancements presents significant cybersecurity risks, complicating the challenges organizations face due to their reliance on information and infrastructure. As an Information Security Officer (ISO), you will play a crucial role in continuously improving the security of information, hardware, and identities. Your responsibilities will include organizing information security and developing and implementing the Security Architecture, which directly adds value and enhances resilience against cybersecurity threats across all departments within the organization. You will work closely under the guidance of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

As an Information Security Officer, your tasks will vary widely based on the client and industry, including but not limited to:
