- Installing, administering, and troubleshooting a variety of network security solutions.
- Regularly updating software with the latest security patches, ensuring robust defenses for every network resource.
- Configuring and supporting essential security tools, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, Active Directory, SMTP gateways, and endpoint protection.
- Facilitating annual vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
- Analyzing security requirements, configuring security systems, and recommending enhancements.
- Monitoring network traffic for suspicious activities and anomalies.
- Reviewing and optimizing security policies and procedures, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Conducting security awareness programs for all enterprise levels.
- Collaborating with third-party consultants to ensure adherence to security best practices.
- Providing technical support as required.
