Key Responsibilities:Utilize your expertise in relationship management to define and oversee the product vision and measurable outcomes related to CCTV governance, security hardening, and modernization. Design, build, and maintain CCTV infrastructure including cameras, NVRs, VMS, storage, and networks across on-premises environments while supporting cloud services. Standardize and automate the provisioning of cameras, their configurations, firmware updates, and VMS deployments across the estate. Enhance monitoring, alerting, and health checks for cameras, recording services, storage capacity, and network throughput. Diagnose and resolve issues within the CCTV platform, leading root cause analyses for recording gaps, latency, dropped streams, or device failures. Ensure security, privacy, and compliance measures (access control, encryption, retention policies, audit logging) are effectively implemented and maintained in line with CSOC and group central security processes.

Mindera is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to take charge of our client’s in-store video surveillance platform and related services across their estate. You will be responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management of the CCTV system, including the integration of both analogue and IP cameras, NVRs/VMS, storage solutions, and networks within a hybrid environment. Your role will ensure that these systems are secure, compliant, resilient, and deployed consistently at scale.

This role requires you to be on-site three days a week.
