About the job
Infrastructure Engineer (SRE)
Department: Engineering – Infrastructure
About Atomic Industries
Atomic Industries is transforming the production landscape by innovating how goods are manufactured. From automotive and aerospace technologies to medical tools and packaging, our approach revolutionizes traditional manufacturing methods which have historically been slow and reliant on specialized skills. Our goal is to expedite these processes and enhance accessibility.
Based in Detroit, we merge the rich industrial heritage of America’s manufacturing core with the agility and precision of Silicon Valley. Our AI-powered platform addresses complex challenges in geometry, process planning, and fabrication, significantly reducing production timelines from months to mere days, and soon to minutes. Beyond software development, we operate a fully functional factory that produces production-grade tooling weekly, ensuring rapid feedback and iteration cycles.
Supported by leading investors, we aim to revitalize the American industrial base by reinstating speed, flexibility, and capability. Our mission is to make manufacturing as responsive and scalable as the digital realm, thereby reconstructing the infrastructure of the physical economy.
