Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient and proactive Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the setup, optimization, and troubleshooting of our injection molding presses. Your expertise will ensure that our machines operate efficiently, consistently achieving quality standards while minimizing waste and downtime.

This position is essential for managing complex molds at high volumes with exceptional precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare molds, materials, and auxiliary equipment according to production schedules.

  • Initiate, adjust, and optimize injection molding processes to fulfill part specifications and cycle time goals.

  • Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments to pressures, speeds, and temperatures as needed.

  • Conduct initial inspections of parts and approve production startups.

  • Identify and resolve part defects, including flash, short shots, and dimensional inaccuracies.

  • Maintain precise process documentation, including startup sheets and change logs.

  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure product compliance.
