This position demands a strategic thinker who is personable and exceptionally organized, capable of cultivating a thriving influencer ecosystem while nurturing authentic relationships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement and oversee a comprehensive 3-tier influencer program: Tier A (Top-tier influencers): Forge enduring partnerships, driving organic content creation and partnership advertisements. Tier B (Mid-tier influencers): Oversee short-term (4–6 months) paid collaborations and campaign deployment. Tier C (Creators): Collaborate with everyday users and niche creators to produce genuine, community-centric content. Identify, reach out to, and vet influencers in alignment with brand objectives. Develop and manage an automated outreach and communication system to streamline relationship building. Maintain robust, ongoing communication with creators to ensure deliverables and brand consistency. Monitor influencer performance metrics and report campaign results to the marketing team. Assist in growing a scalable and loyal network of creators—a dedicated “army” of brand advocates.QUALIFICATIONS: Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written. Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities. 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships. Proven track record in managing influencer relationships and executing partnership campaigns. Familiarity with tools like Social Snowball, influencer databases, or CRM systems. Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple ongoing relationships and campaigns simultaneously. Enthusiastic, approachable, and adept at fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
