Key Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer parts or assemblies tailored to client specifications, adhering to both client and industry standards for primary and secondary structural elements of aircraft.
- Modify and create detailed 3D models of components and assemblies.
- Develop and interpret comprehensive technical drawings and specifications for various components.
- Incorporate changes into technical drawings and maintain accuracy.
- Standardize 3D models and technical drawings in compliance with client and industry norms.
- Analyze and assess submitted modification requests effectively.
- Conduct thorough research on technical specifications when necessary.
- Identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical support to production and engineering teams to enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in formulating and refining quality procedures.
- Share your technical knowledge and insights with team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Understand AS 9100 standard requirements relevant to this role.
- Adhere to the company's Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and apply appropriate tools during task execution.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
