Your Responsibilities:
As an Elementary Science Teacher, you will:
Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).
Deliver hands-on, inquiry-based science instruction that ignites curiosity and critical thinking.
Utilize performance data to tailor instruction and support individual student progress.
Adapt lessons to accommodate diverse learning needs, collaborating with special education staff as necessary.
Establish a positive, structured classroom atmosphere where students feel respected and motivated.
Balance high academic standards with opportunities for collaboration and exploration.
Maintain regular communication with families regarding student progress.
Engage in coaching, professional development, and school community events.
